What happens if my books are behind?
No problem. You’ll get a cleanup plan to bring everything current, and then we’ll put systems in place to keep you on track each month. Many clients come to us months (or even years) behind — we know how to fix it fast.
Do you also handle payroll and sales tax?

How do I get started?
It’s simple. Schedule a free call with us, and we’ll talk about your restaurant, your goals, and what level of support makes sense for you. From there, you’ll get a proposal and timeline to get started.
What would the onboarding process look like if we were to move forward?
We’ll start by sending over a service agreement for you to review, sign, and return. This agreement will include ACH payment details, and once received, we’ll process the refundable retainer—equal to one month of service—to reserve your spot on our client roster. From there, we’ll request access to your QuickBooks file and send you an onboarding questionnaire to learn more about your current processes. Once we receive access to your QuickBooks file, your monthly bookkeeping service will officially begin. We will guide you through each step and connect you with your assigned bookkeeper to get started.
Does your Monthly Bookkeeping Package include regular reports and check-in meetings?
Yes. Each month, you’ll receive your financial reports along with a calendar link to schedule a review call if you’d like to discuss your numbers.
